Hospitalized life

  1. During hospitalization, hospitalized patients will be required to wear a wristband to prevent medical accidents.
  2. If you wish to go out or stay out, you need permission from your doctor.
  3. After 9 pm, the lights will be turned off. Also, please return to the hospital room when the lights are turned off.
    Please refrain from noise and chatting after turning off the lights as it may cause inconvenience to others. Please turn off the TV at ten p.m.
  4. Smoking is prohibited in all hospital buildings and hospital premises.

About hospital room

  • The hospital room is based on a four-person room. In addition to beds and floor head stands (with TV, refrigerator and storage), toilets, washbasin, and personal lockers.
  • Please purchase a TV card to use the TV or cold storage.
  • Please use earphones to watch TV. (Please prepare earphones by yourself.)
  • If you wish, you can use a private room (single room) for a fee. The private room is equipped with telephones, etc., in addition to the standard equipment of the four-person room. (The telephones in private rooms can be used on TV cards.)
    ※If the TV card rate remains (10 times or more), you can pay with the "TV card checkout machine" in front of outpatient accounting on the first floor.

About bedding and meals

  • Bedding is provided by the hospital, so you do not need to bring it with you.
  • Nutrition management is performed as part of treatment during hospitalization, so all meals will be prepared at the hospital. If you want to eat other foods, please consult a nurse. (In the children's ward, food and drinks are not allowed for treatment. In addition, family members should cooperate with the treatment of pediatric patients and do not eat or drink in the ward. )
  • We have breakfast three times a week at our hospital. If you do not wish to eat bread, please consult your nurse.
  • If you have any ingredients that cannot be eaten due to food allergies or beliefs, please contact us in advance.
  • Please take fish dishes with attention to the bones of the fish.

About the use of storage

  • Each floor head is equipped with a storage, so that valuables can be stored. However, please bring valuables with you to a minimum.
  • During hospitalization, please bring your storage key so that you do not lose it.
  • To prevent theft, be sure to lock it.
  • When you leave the hospital, please attach a key to the storage and return home.

About coin laundry

  • For laundry, you can use the coin laundry (paid) installed in the ward.

About parking lot

  • There is no parking lot for the inpatients. Please come to the hospital by public transport.
  • There is a charge for parking at the main hospital.

About request for entry of medical certificates etc. during hospitalization

  • When requesting a medical certificate, etc., ask the administrative staff in each ward nurse center.

     Weekday    9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
     Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 0:30 p.m.
     ※For certificates submitted by insurance companies, please fill out the “Document Creation Application Form and Exchange Certificate” and apply to the document reception desk on the first floor after discharge.
